- OTO TaylorJun 25, 20252.0I’ve been getting my medication here for a few months and usually the lines are long but move in a reasonable amount of time. Today I waited over 45 mins in line in the heat at 7 months pregnant for my medication! It was truly a disgrace. I wanted to leave but had no more of my medication at home and had already gone a day without it. There has to be a better system put in place down there. That was the worse experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy EVER!

- LPLamar PrayMay 29, 20251.0Horrendous every time I visit no matter who I speak with. No matter what time your prescription gets called expect a wait when you get there. They will tell you “they just received it and now you have to sit 30 minutes while they fill it” bs.

Never mind nobody ever answers the phone, trying to get a prescription refill is literally impossible. I’ve been on hold for 1hr 28minutes as I type this to get someone live on the phone to assist me. Never mind the fact I was already disconnected once and had to call back! Why can’t you staff this location better with competent, customer service oriented people? Do they hate their jobs that much they ignore voice mail message requests and/or are incapable of filling requests in a timely manner. This is a prime example of the state of our healthcare system deteriorating one patient at a time.
