Do yourself a favor and find a new pharmacy to go to this has to be the worse pharmacy in our city don't get me wrong I love the
Doctor office but the pharmacy is horrible!!! First they don't answer the phone hardly ever it's like they have the ringer off because whenever I'm in there you can never hear the phone ringing but you always get a busy signal when calling the customer service use to be wonderful now it's some really rude condescending people working in this pharmacy and they make you feel bad
For needing your medication 0/10 don't recommend this pharmacy!! Go to a private one or a cvs or something they should close penn family pharmacy down indefinitely!

They never answer the phone. The line is either always busy or they disconnect you when you try to talk to someone. I switched to them because i though they would be better than my previous pharmacy, but they are worse.

These pharmacists and assistants at Penn never answer their phones. Even if you were ever in there you’ll see a lady pick the phone up tell the person to hold and they never pick the phone up again. They need a better phone system
