The front desk staff: Nelly and Brittany are phenomenal; they assisted me with everything I needed and was sure to explain thing in detail for clarification. Personally, I was pleased with their care and concern toward the patients. Dr. Richard DuShuttle is an amazing doctor that gets to the root of the problem and will do everything in his power to ensure your healing journey is efficient. Dr. “D”, as I call him, is a doctor that examines and questions about your rehabilitation, and he works collaboratively with all specialist involved. The effects of his sliding office door and his thought process while biting down on his unlit cigar provides an environment of solace. Dr. D reviewed my notes in detail and considered the next best steps for me: whether that was time off of work, extended rehabilitation, or seeing other specialist. The entire staff is great and makes an unfavorable situation one is dealing with more lenient. The only issue I had was with unavailable transportation for my visit with the doctor.
