Terrible atmosphere and rude workers.Went in to do a physical and the front desk atmosphere was alright, not quite welcoming. Gives off mean girl vibes just unprofessional. The nurse who completed my physicals was very nice, if I had met with only her, I would have given this place a 5 star. The Physician assistant whoever she is was terrible! She had an attitude, and seemed to be impatient and in a rush. She had long nails which I believe is very unethical, and was scratched on my face, because she was pointing her fingers to give me directions, and didn’t utter a word of an apology. She then gave me instructions and just walked out. I had to ask the front desk if everything was complete and if I could leave. One of the most terrible service I have ever received was at this location.
