So then they called me for my height weight and measure blood pressure and oxygen by a MA. I was asked to wait in another room while I waited for the physician. I waited there for 27 minutes. Could you please explain why this was necessary and what was the reason for calling me so early for my vitals? They are always very unprofessional. But unfortunately I have to go there again and again. The management should find out how to support individual very smoothly and time consuming with better professional manner.

Wait time was crazy even though there was only one person waiting when I came in. I only went because I’m starting a new job and they requested that I go to this location to have forms filled out. After going to the back, the doctor made a big deal about my medical history and said she had concerns and made it seem like my primary doctor and all the specialist that I see don’t know how to do their jobs. When she’s the one that doesn’t know everything I’ve been through and why my health has been cleared. She then gave me a form and said I had to have my primary or specialist fill it out before she would complete the form my new employer needs. I was there for over 2 hours for her to tell me to go my primary then come back. I could’ve just made an appointment with my primary to have the forms filled out and not waste 2 hours of my day.
