- EBElijah BeyNov 13, 20251.0Review: Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience 11/11/2025 I had a very negative experience with one of the staff members who performs physicals — a Black woman with braided/twisted hair. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I asked a simple question about how long the wait would be after sitting there for nearly two hours, and instead of giving a respectful answer, she responded with unnecessary attitude and sarcasm. I approached her calmly and politely — it was early in the morning, and there was no reason for any hostility. If someone doesn’t have the patience or communication skills to deal with customers respectfully, they shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. I also witnessed her speaking rudely to another patient, a foreigner who was having trouble spelling “Philadelphia.” Instead of offering help, she corrected him loudly and dismissively, which was unnecessary and embarrassing for him. Overall, she displayed a complete lack of professionalism and compassion. Concentra should ensure that staff interacting with patients are respectful, patient, and capable of providing good customer service.
- SSSunny SkiesNov 10, 20252.0You have to arrive at least 30 minutes before the place opens and stand outside in line waiting, otherwise you’ll be there for at least 3 hours for a drug screen and physical. That’s definitely unorganized and ridiculous. To top it off the Dr (black female with frizzy braids or twists or whatever) that gives the physicals has a really messed up negative disposition. The front desk workers were ok and pleasant.

She stated that she could not see my veins because of the stretch marks which was completely out of Character. She also put A Blood pressure Cuff To find my veins and still was not able to draw enough blood, I had to go for the second time and when I went to the second time and got Job lawn. The young lady was very helpful and it was quick and easy.
