- EJElsa Johnson1 day ago1.0Check-in took 45 minutes. There is no take-a-number system to allow you to sit while others are being checked in. That alone would be a huge improvement. A simple drug test urinalysis required the 45-minute check-in wait and another 1:15 in the queue with others waiting to be taken back for the test. My portion took 5 minutes. The overall time for this, when I came in with a barcode containing all my information, should have been about 15 minutes. It took me over TWO hours. This clinic needs to focus on processes to take care of patients.
