After waiting for half hour when I asked doctor said that I didn’t need a check out. Total of 3 hours for my physical and drug exam. I don’t know if that is normal.

The doctor came loterally before closing to service me.The young ladies were very nice and courteous though. Ive noticed though, not only this Concentra but Concentra in the NE had their line almost coming out of their front door. Other than the wait time the employees were professional and welcoming.
