I had no idea what to expect and was told it would be an hour appointment. When Matt greeted me and we began talking he really listened. He asked all vital questions, then began testing my reflexes, strength, and asking when I felt tension. At 74, I am so excited to know I will regain and strengthen areas of my body staying pain free and mobile. Everyone, no matter what stage in life, should do this. We aren't told about ways to avoid surgery and medication.
