  The staff here are wonderful, super kind and professional and were able to take care of my medical needs. I had an IUD expiring in a month and was unable to get a regular OBGYN appointment ahead of time because of insurance changes; I would have needed to wait until March for the nearest in-network OBGYN appointment which would also have needed a first establishment appointment before the actual procedure. I was able to book this location instantly online, and the IUD removal and replacement are all in one appointment that took about 40 minutes total. The front desk, nurse assistant, and the doctor were all so professional and kind. I was impressed by how efficiently they were able to get things done in a small clinic, and they asked important questions such as sexual health history, if I was at the clinic under duress, etc. along each step of the way. The removal and insertion itself was quick and as painless as getting an IUD inserted could be. My new insurance covers procedures done at this location, but what’s great about Planned Parenthood is that they provide excellent services based on your income if you do not have insurance. This clinic is a little difficult to find at first - it’s in the back of the building and labeled “ENTRANCE.” It’s inside of a shared office space with a few other businesses inside, but this is great if you are looking for discretion. It’s a shame that such good, low cost healthcare is so politicized. I had a wonderful experience here (well, as wonderful as getting an IUD can be haha), and I would recommend this to anyone who needs any sort of reproductive healthcare for any reason. This was really about the same experience I’ve had at good OBGYN clinics. Thank you guys for helping me out!

  Very nice staff, saw me quickly and walked me through everything. I even got a flu shot, which was a convenient surprise! The doorway was tucked behind the windows next to entrance of the place next door- go down the stairs and you can’t miss it.

  Every single time I come here it takes like 4-5 hours to be seen. They are always short staffed.so if you plan on visiting this location,DONT! Unless you have an additional 4 or so hours available.
