VERY unprofessional I just left and the doctor was literally talking about my medical business with the door open. He kept saying I don’t know when asked questions and I would heavily not recommend coming here. Also absurdly long wait times for no reason at all.

If you’re a young person trying to get a feel for this plac take it from an asexual, awkward, non-social loner who hates confrontation doctors and especially GYN appointments—you will be in good hands. This place is a true blessing. They will take care of you. ❤️❤️❤️
Now, I’ll admit the person who answers the phones for scheduling always sounds a little dry and monotone, like she’s counting the minutes till clock-out. HOWEVER, I have never had a bad experience once I’ve actually gone in for an appointment.
I’m now a 34-year-old woman who first went to Planned Parenthood well over a decade ago when I became sexually active—but honestly, I originally went for non-sexual issues I was too embarrassed or scared to bring up to a regular GYN or my PCP. My friend recommended PP, and it was a blessing. My period used to last three weeks. I had a hormone imbalance since I was a child. I was constantly sick and anemic, and my doctors just told me to “lose weight” because my weight was causing it. (In actuality, took me going to hormone specialists to learn, the hormones were causing the weight which was causing other hormonal issues and causing so many other things —like infertility. And if I have gotten care when I was younger I wouldn’t be infertile now.) Planned Parenthood listened, cared, and put me on birth control to regulate my cycle—and it changed everything.
Since then, I’ve been to other OBGYN practices for annuals and even infertility care, and I HATE them. You’re forced to have a “chaperone” in the room when you’re fully exposed forced. It’s not optional. If you decline, you’re denied care. And if you speak up for yourself, you’re labeled “difficult” or “crazy.” I even had a chaperone who clearly enjoyed the view, and when I said something, the response was, “Oh, they just stand over there to help me.”
The staff were cold. The front desk was dismissive. The practitioners were miserable, and I rarely even saw a real doctor—just overworked nurse practitioners who offered no solutions after multiple visits.
THEN—I went back to Planned Parenthood. One visit. One appointment. They listened. They cared. They were patient and compassionate. And that’s all it took.
So yeah—this place is a blessing. Always has been. Always will be.

The staff here are so friendly and kind! I felt very safe and comfortable. I was in and out very quickly despite being there for my annual exams, and the staff answered my many questions. They were knowledgable and patient! Couldn't recommend this location enough.
