The process was very well explained. I was very impressed with Ken the technician. He was very knowledgeable about the process and he was very helpful with my questions.

The male manager was extremely rude, pushy and unprofessional! The hearing test area was a complete joke with exterior noise. That manager spent several minutes criticizing Shayne (former GREAT manager)! He sold me a “new and improved” version of the same brand I had. They performed much worse and when I tried to get resolution, I was completely ignored.

This Doctor placed an order for aids, even after I told him I will think about it. Received letter today wanting money from Nations hearing. The hearing test is a joke. In a cubicle, not fully enclosed. You can hear the next office talking. He said to wait a few minutes, it never stopped. Continued with test. Terrible experience. Would never order from them. A one man’s show when I was there. Answered phone, helped repair aid for a lady and trying to give me a test.

The audiologist was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and spoke slowly and clearly! She gave me many helpful suggestions about my hearing aids!! Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I made appointments to get new internal batteries in our hearing aids, which are almost 3 years old. That was always done without charge from the audiologist and was 100% covered by warranty from the manufacturer. I was not informed that Shayne was no longer there when making the appointment, which I consider less than honest, since my trust was placed in Shayne, not this company. As soon as I walked in, a guy named Ken came out and told us that he was our new audiologist. He immediately began to do a hearing test on both my wife and I, using up our annual benefit and nailing down a fee for himself, which we didn't ask for or consent to. I found out that there were a host of price increases and charges for some services that were previously included. I told him that we were on a limited budget and would not be spending a lot of money over our insurance coverage. He constantly ran down both Shayne and Dana, both of whom we liked and thought were professional and knowledgeable. After he fast talked us out of getting the batteries replaced, but instead buying new hearing aids for both of us, and put in the insurance claims while we sat in front of him, he proceeded to tell me that he was offended that I had expressed concern about the big price increases, that I should trust him. He held us there for about 15 minutes insulting me. I will never be returning here and advise everyone else to stay away.
