  I had a great experience at Refresh Dental Mars, especially with Dr. Erturk. From the very first visit, I felt at ease. Over just three visits, I went from feeling nervous about the dentist to completely comfortable — something I never thought possible! Dr. Erturk made the tooth extraction process incredibly easy and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, was gentle, and checked in often to make sure I was okay. The whole team at the clinic was friendly, professional, and welcoming. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares and makes the experience smooth and painless, I highly recommend Dr. Erturk and Refresh Dental Mars.

  First dentist Ive seen in 5 years after a horrible root canal done by a dentist in Az. AS SOON as i walked in for my first appt I saw a half eaten apple and a bottle of water on the window which was my first red flag telling me the rooms were not cleaned between patients. The dental assistant didn't seem to care about my needs and blew it off saying " there was children in there prior to me" I was getting tooth pains and this dentist dignosed me with 4 cavities which I expected, I went in to start getting them filled and had. Horrible panic attack. The dentist seemed super annoyed with me, I let him start the numbing process, but at that second he was holding the huge needle next to his head and that triggered me again . After taking a breath he gave me the shot, and started to drill. I made him stop after feeling a stabbing cold pain and to just cover it and let me come back. He began to tell me the "cold was normal. " later that night after the numbing wore off I got a horrible sharp pain in that tooth, I was up until 2am and had to work at 8. I called the cranberry location first thing in the morning and told them my issues and experience in mars, they told me that is NOT the first time they've heard that and got me in promptly same day. I got to my appt in cb yesterday and the vibe and front desk was so much more welcoming, the assistant talked me through everything, the dentist told me everything I should feel after the shot down to a "zap" in my tongue, and a heavy bottom lip AND I SHOULDN'T FEEL ANY COLD Which i felt none of that in mars telling me he didn't even get the right spot! The ladies in cb were so amazing and ended up completing that one filling mars started and worked with my anxiety. After I was done I gave the assistant a huge hug and thanking her for being so kind to me. I was in and out in less than an hour and have a return appointment next week for the rest of my work. Unless something changes In mars with a compete staff takeover I will NOT be back and I definitely told my social media to stay away. If you decide to use this chain please consider cranberry, I cannot speak on wexfords behalf but im sure they're better then mars. If you have dental anxiety like I do, or have any issues with ANY medical professionals SPEAK UP! Nothing will change if we stay silent.

  After numerous trips for fittings my dentures came in like a kid made them. And without knowing where they didn't fit other than me saying they are rubbing in the front , the tech started to grind them down. I told her to stop and took them with me. Now this is after numerous times of fittings and an appt that was confirmed in the morning but when I arrived only to be told the unit wasn't in and I needed to come back. I am wearing a pair i had for years that I was replacing. There's more to it but you get the gist. The techs were great but the product wasn't even wearable. Good luck.

  I almost died because of this place. The dentist screwed up the Lidocaine injection by missing the nerve and putting it into an artery. This caused the epinephrine to travel towards my heart and accelerate my heart rate to the point that I had to be rushed to the hospital. I feel the worst part of this whole debacle is that they still sent me a bill for the appointment.

  I went to the clinic with severe tooth pain and had an amazing experience. Check-in was quick, and Dr. Erturk and her assistant were so kind and professional. She diagnosed the issue right away, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I usually get anxious at the dentist, but I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dr. Erturk and Refresh Dental!
