She made sure it was painless and it was very easy for me to calm my nerves as someone who struggles with fears of dental work. They were both so pleasant, they actually kept making me laugh during the root canal! Not your normal experience at the dentist for sure, and a very homey type of vibe. I’m very thankful to the front desk receptionist as well, she was so helpful in helping me find the best options for payment and getting me in quickly. They even called me and told me they had extra time and I could come early if I wanted to try to get both root canals done. It is rare to find an ENTIRE team of people that show they want to help you in any way, but this team is one of them. If you want to be assured you’ll be taken care of, definitely go here.
- RLRebecca LeggensAug 11, 20251.0Everyone in the office was very kind and professional; however, they perform services that are not covered by your insurance and they do but tell you up front. I had an X-ray somewhat like a CT scan (I don’t remember what it was called) and was never told it wouldn’t be covered. This test was to determine if they could do a root canal. Per the test they could but after drilling into the tooth they determined they couldn’t. On my way out I was told I owed for the X-ray which isn’t covered by insurance (once again wasn’t told that before the exam) and my copay. I paid without issue and moved on. Then I was billed for the procedure in full. Although I do not question the dental abilities of this office I do question the integrity of this office. I would go elsewhere.

The surgery was painless and they went to great lengths to make sure I was fine. Fear root canals no more. And they are in the Highmark Meficare Network
