  Horrible company….Left me hanging on repair of my lift chair. Told me they would be there on two different occasions never showed and never called…"…very poor customer relations……nothing but excuses….never answers phone, voicemail only, doesn’t return calls.

  5 Stars – Excellent Service from Start to Finish! Our experience with Angel Stairlifts was outstanding from the very first phone call. After reaching out to Dan for an estimate, Casey was at our home the very next day to assess our staircase and provide a detailed quote. We were impressed with how quickly everything moved, just five days after receiving the estimate, the stair lift was professionally installed. Dave and Noah, the installers, arrived on time and had the entire job completed, cleaned up and departed in just 1 hour and 11 minutes. They were courteous, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The installation was clean and seamless, we are very pleased with the Bruno stair lift and will be perfect for our needs. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product or the professionalism of the team. Angel Stairlifts delivered on everything they promised, quick response, great communication, excellent workmanship, and friendly service. If you’re considering a stair lift or have any accessibility needs, I highly recommend giving them a call. You’ll be glad you did! NOTE: “I timed the lift in both directions, as shown in the photos. It’s roughly 10 seconds slower going down, due to the brakes engaging slowing it slightly.”

  Dave and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. He promptly responded to my initial inquiry, presented us with professional brochures and clear information, thoroughly and patiently answered our questions regarding the different stairlifts, and then quickly and efficiently had his team on site to install within 24 hours of our decision to purchase the lift (the model we chose was in stock, so that probably helped). After installation (which only took an hour) he showed us how to operate the lift, went through the manual, and again took a lot of time to answer all our questions. Dave and his crew are friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANGEL’S LIFTS!!
