Dr. Norden is communicative and expresses concern and is nice. She will try to help you as best she can and try to get you in when she can. Dr. Kennedy is delightful. They will try to get you in for a sick visit as soon as they can; they try to accommodate you as best they can. And I genuinely feel that they care. Primary care is a tough discipline; they handle it with grace.

I was lucky enough to come across Dr. Marissa Norden who has been nothing short of exceptional all year. I've been dealing with a few different health issues and she has been beyond supportive and informative when it comes to her advice. She is also EXTREMELY responsive on the portal (this includes evening and weekend responses)! I highly recommend Dr. Norden to anyone seeking a top notch PCP.

- CCClaireJun 24, 20201.0I've been going to this practice since I can remember and sadly it's come to an end. Lisa Springfellow is an amazing NP and took excellent care of me. No complaints on that end. My main concern is how unpleasant the secretarial staff are. There have been too many bad experiences both me AND my family members have equally shared over the past years. And from the sight of the reviews, looks like other people have had the same problems. The one star is for the famous front desk. The way I look at it is you are the first interaction patients have and are primarily representing the Doctors office...so it wouldn't hurt to show some empathy and kindness. As we all can understand the ever changing demands of 'work' it doesn't get you or Barack Obama a free pass to talk to patients in whatever tone you deem fit that day. Moral of the story, I'll be taking my care some place else.
