When I called to make the appointment to establish care and obtain some referrals for my insurance the office staff accommodated me and was able to get me an appointment moderately fast. However, this was not without some push back and obvious annoyance from the person I spoke with on the phone. She sounded very much like I was causing a major inconvenience to her. This interaction left me slightly frustrated, but that all left when I had my appointment with Lisa Stringfellow, CRNP. She is caring, knowledgeable, kind, intelligent, and wonderful to talk to. I’m really happy I was able to establish care with her! I highly recommend her.
