She and her assistant Porschea both asked a bunch of questions, then proceeded to do the freezing of areas I pointed out and ones Kara deemed suspicious. The whole ordeal took less than 10 minutes and I was out of there. I’ve never had an unpleasant appointment.

Shortly afterwards, the MA Sarah was warm and polite, asking thorough and detailed questions of which she quickly and efficiently updated the PA, Marena. Marena was personable and described each procedure she was going to perform, warned me before any contact was made (needles, razor etc) to anticipate pain so I wasn’t surprised. Both PA and MA were able to answer all my questions meaningfully and to my satisfaction. Will continue to return to this practice.
