Thanks for your recent visit to Concentra. On a scale of 0-10, how satisfied were you with your visit? (0=poor, 10=excellent)" "🤨 The visit itself was fine. The employees were quite professional. However, I went in last Tuesday around 4/5 PM and didn't get my results back until 7:44 PM Friday night?? I understand that you guys work with quest diagnostics, and when they took our samples in Westchester, I would get results back in two days at the latest every single time. I also was only told the word "marijuana" so I have literally nothing to assist me in figuring out why I failed the test. And, to top it off, I didn't get the job :) I believe that it was a false diagnosis, but you guys sent me the results don't believe on Friday night that I couldn't even go and get retested for my shift starting Monday at 6:15." There are a few other reviews on this board talking about what a poor job they do in getting your results back to you promptly. The only reason I think I got my results back at almost 8 PM at the end of the week is because they know they don't operate on the weekends and they'll be damned if somebody wants to retest.
