- CCChristy1 day ago5.0Check in was easy. The employer that sent me there had all paperwork completed just had to show my DL for verification. The customer service associates behind the desk was courteous and nice explained everything to me. I had the pleasure of being waited on my a nice gentleman in the kop office on henderson road, which i think is awesome to have a man on team. He sent me the link to fill out and I sent it and checked with them to confirm. I didnt wait that long to be called back for hair sample. The lady that did my hair sample was awesome very professional explained what she was doing she followed the procedures. Another associate was getting gloves and she was pleasant told them both they are appreciated and have a nice day and even told the associates behind the counter as I walked out the door. The process that this company has in place works well. Thanks

- KBkristin barnettJan 5, 20261.0Zero stars isn't enough. The lady tied the rubber thing around my arm so tight that made me nauseous. I have been getting blood work for a health condition since I was 12, I am now 36. I have never been tied that tight by anyone in the medical profession who does blood draws. She did not care and had no bedside manner. She wanted me in and out as quickly as possible and complained about not wanting to be there to me. I was in pain because of her and I wasn't told the vaccines would make my arms achy and I wasn't able to do things because I was so achy and tired. Maybe instead of showing papers in my face talk with me and let me know these things. She just flat out acted like she didn't care and didn't want to be there. Do better
