Every encounter has been outstanding across the entire staff - receptionists, medical assistants and doctors. Every staff member is courteous and professional. Additionally, most medical practices have significant delays/wait times and that is NOT the case here. We frequently recommend them and would not go anywhere else!

They caused me extreme pain , multiple returns to the office so they could attempt to "fix them and make them fit better" . Another doctor in the office stated that the heel angle on the new orthotic was much too extreme of a difference from the old ones I had. I wasted much time with multiple visits to the Kennett office and lost time from work so they could "fix them and make them fit better". That never happened and I returned them which is the offer they made upfront when they first delilvered them and I explained they were painful. I then, months later, received a bill from a collection company as I refused to pay for visits to their office to "fix them and make them fit better". I did not ask for ill fitting orthotics and refuse to pay for their mistakes yet they continue to harass me with bills and a collection company report. Very unprofessional and sadly I was extremely disappointed in their product and service.
