  I had a great experience with Dr. Priyanka Sachdeva. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff were also incredibly nice and professional, making the whole visit smooth and comfortable.

  Horrible experience at this place. My husband had to schedule twice for a colonoscopy and the prep that they gave him did not work. After the first time the prep failed, I told them to give another prep. They gave him the same prep adding more laxatives. Then they tried to blame my husband for not following instructions, when he followed them thoroughly. He followed the low residue diet and everything and the prep did not work. There are different preps for this standard procedure! I had my colonoscopy there before my husband and the prep they gave me was different from my husband's and it worked and I was able to have the colonoscopy. They don't listen and we will definitely be going somewhere else. Horrible experience!

  The absolute worst experience I have had so far. Run don't walk. Don't go if you value your time or health. The office manager is a complete waste too. Horrible office .

  Their standards for medical assistants is so low. The MA who was going over my med list could not read any of my meds in the review. She couldn't even pronounce the word "antihistamine"... it was so bad that she added letters that aren't even there in her pronunciation. I was very nice and told her to read phonetically.... well she got offended and had the office manager accost me in the exam room. She told me that I made her feel uncomfortable and that she was very new to the job and that I could have spoken differently to her. I was talked down to as a patient and an issue was made out of something that could have been a teaching moment for the staff. Instead of realizing that I would be losing trust in an office that hires staff who are unable to read, the office manager made me feel like i was the idiot. Wow! I had nothing but love for that MA and spoke to her to encourage her to read the meds phonetically. Even when leaving the office the office manager spoke to me sarcastically. They would rather defend their incompetent hiring standards instead of improving patient relations. This is a scary thing. I love DR. Kaufman and am thankful he is still there. With these low standards, who can practice well?

  Called to make appointment 2nd week of April after having bloody diarrhea for 2 weeks and they said all that was available was August 22nd. They didn't care about patient health. Ended up in emergency room. They don't care. Was a patient for over 40 years. I found a different group of gastroenterologist doctors at Jefferson but they care about patients health.
