After the first time the prep failed, I told them to give another prep. They gave him the same prep adding more laxatives. Then they tried to blame my husband for not following instructions, when he followed them thoroughly. He followed the low residue diet and everything and the prep did not work. There are different preps for this standard procedure! I had my colonoscopy there before my husband and the prep they gave me was different from my husband's and it worked and I was able to have the colonoscopy. They don't listen and we will definitely be going somewhere else. Horrible experience!

However, the actual office needs to get it together. No one ever answers the phones, getting an appointment or information is an actual nightmare. But I stay because I’m so grateful to Dr. Frates.
