We could not be more pleased with the care we received by every individual at the office. This was by far one of the easiest five star reviews I have ever made and I cannot recommend Dr. Cowburn and his staff enough. His care is very thorough, and he was sure to explain everything in a way that was easily understood. He listened to all of my concerns and ensured he addressed each of them. While choosing a new pair of glasses I never felt rushed or like a burden. They handled any questions I had, offered honest recommendations, and assisted in any way possible throughout the whole appointment. We will both be returning without any hesitation.
