i was a bit nervous at first heading into Concentra, considering i have not had health insurance over the past few years; and all staff present made sure i had questions answered. they were pretty thorough also, not just "yes...no...silence"

This is the worst place to go for a medical examination; I do not recommend it to anyone!!! The staff does everything very slowly, from the receptionist to the doctor. This is despite the fact that there were very few clients!!! The attitude towards clients is disgusting!!! If you want to waste a day or two of your time passing a medical examination, then welcome to this place. The doctor is terrible!!! The only people who work well and are fast are a young man and two girls who covered the receptionist during the lunch break. They are responsive and willing to help.

Waiting time longer than expected, was not informed that online form was another step required to be attended to.
