I felt confident and comfortable with the process. It was quick, but they explained the steps along the way so I did not feel like they were just rushing me thru.

I had a consultation with Dr. Hallinan and felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was amazing - very kind, professional and friendly. When I came back for the somewhat involved procedure, I was terrified! From the receptionist, Janine, to Randee, the dental assistant, and the girls at checkout, my fear quickly disappeared. Dr. Hallinan had the extractions completed quickly and it was virtually painless for me! He was very matter-of-fact, relatable and. compassionate and I would recommend him to anyone! This is a great practice!
- CSChristy SaursJan 2, 20261.0Had an issue and needed to be seen urgently, but the dentist left the office early for the day and wouldn’t come back in, and they had nobody on call. The office staff is rude and acts like they’re doing you a favor by doing the bare minimum. Do yourself a favor and take your business and dollar bills to anywhere else. I’ve had nothing but issues with them for the past six months, they almost removed a perfectly healthy implant and cost me another anxiety inducing procedure. I almost needed to be hospitalized from anesthesia during my first procedure because office staff told me not to take my normal daily meds the day of my visit. It took my dentist’s office 5 minutes to fix what it took half a dozen appointments over a month and a half to not figure out while I was in excruciating pain. Honestly, I’m relieved that I’ve decided to switch practices. I wouldn’t trust them in my mouth again at all. The only favor they ever did me was being big enough jerks to convince me to go somewhere with competent staff.
