    So much I want to say but I won’t make this super long… But I will keep it very real!! Honestly I wish I never went to this place. I dreaded everyday that I had to go to PT. Let’s start off with the receptionist.. Luz Garcia….. This lady can be very unattached to her line of work. You can’t sign up for a Customer service job yet your customer service is horrible! I did notice that she had her picks on who she would be nice to and conversate with and on the other hand for some people it was like ok here Bye!!! Her energy is low! Her attitude can be very nasty and IMO I see an evil streak in her. I would say Hello even when I really didn’t want no interactions with this lady and it was like pulling teeth at times for her to say Hello, 1st or upon leaving after your PT session. She’s very unpleasant! And she likes to gossip about other patients behind there back in front of everyone!! I’ll be praying for her. Moving on, The PTs were ok. I will say what might not work for me could work for you. No two people are the same! I do not recommend this place to anybody unless the receptionist leaves!

    I had a great experience at Phoenix Physical Therapy! Doug was great and very knowledgeable about my specific injury and helped me get back to functioning again without pain. He gets to know his patients and pays attention to what is working and what is not working and tailors therapy to get the best result. While I hope to not need PT again in the near future, if I did this would most definitely be the place I would go! Very pleased!
