  When I went for my appointment with Momentum, I was already using and hating my old aids for about 3 years. I knew my hearing was getting worse and that I had to try a new brand. I explained my experience to Bethany who very patiently listened and addressed my particular concerns and then so far has me wearing my hearing aids more than ever, Impotantly, follow up appointments are not a problem either.

  The thought of walking into a hearing aid sales office was anything but positive but Bethany and the rest of the staff at Momentum made the experience exactly that…positive in every way. They greet you with a smile, have an office that’s welcoming and warm, and treat you like a valued friend instead of a $$. So much different than I anticipated! I love being able to hear and thankful that I’ll enjoy the journey with Momentum’s help.
