  I met with Ashley Gregg who is one of the owners of this business. Ashley really understands hearing and the intricate parts of the body that affect hearing. She performed a detailed hearing test to identify the level of my hearing loss. She explained the status of my hearing loss to me in layman's terms. She showed me a model containing parts of the ear, explained how each part could affect my particular hearing loss. She explained how some of my personal medical issues could affect my hearing. She answered a question for me that my PCP would not give me a clear answer for. She clearly described the types of my insurance-covered hearing aids available at various cost levels and the results that I could expect at each level. Frankly, if you are looking for hearing aids, Momentum Hearing is a great place to go. Based on Ashley's performance I believe that this company is a group of very honest people who have a customer's true interests at heart. I know this because I came in with hearing aids. Ashley pointed out that the hearing aids my insurance would pay for might provide more spoken word clarity. She also pointed out the difference MIGHT be very subtle and minimal. Many people only interested in the sale would not have told me that. Most would have told me that the hearing aids I had could not process spoken words as well as new hearing aids offered by Momentum and strongly suggested that I buy new hearing aids. Ashley did not do that. This tells me that Momentum will do what is best for the customer, even if it is not the best for Momentum. I would recommend Momentum to my best friend or family member.

  I felt comfortable as soon as I met the staff. They were very informative and explained everything dealing with my hearing problem which helped me make the right decisions. I highly recommend their services.

  If you are looking for telemed or an impersonal experience then don't go here. If you are looking for a real dr. And a one on one personal experience with a real dr that is professional and caring and understands what you are telling them then this is the place you want to go. I can't thank them enough for helping me to hear again.
