She has been an irreplaceable part of my recovery from a serious injury & I truly believe I would not be as good as I am right now if it weren't for her. If you decide to choose another place because you don't like the person answering the phone, have at it. But I guarantee you won't have the same results at another acupuncturist. Dr Ying-Williams is an MD trained in traditional Chinese acupuncture & her treatments are very focused & specific. And she is also the kindest & most pleasant doctor I've ever met. And I'm an RN so I've met a lot of them!
