I would have back pain, numbness down the legs and glute pain. I came upon a ad on Facebook for Harmony Family Chiropractic. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Vactor and his staff (Riley, Abby and Dr Sing) they were so polite and personable. I purchased a payment plan and proceeded to get treatments. Laser and back decompression and Dr Sing would give massage and chiropractic care. These procedures have eliminated my back and leg numbness. I still have some glute pain that if I do stretching it helps. I have friends that have had surgery for their back problems without much success. I’m so glad I went to Harmony Family Chiropractic. It has resolved my back issues. Now I’m able to walk with no numbness and back pain. I would do it all over again!

- LKLorene KellermanNov 13, 20255.0Suffering from sciatic back pain, I was losing hope there was an alternative to a surgical fix. I tried PT, exercises, heat/cold therapy, herbal creams, and I am not big on ibuprofen, Tylenol or prescription pain killers. I was told by the doctors I contacted that my disc was compressed and I had arthritis as well. Chiropractic helped some but not as much as I needed. Heard about decompression therapy and decided to give it a try. This was a good decision but a bit expensive depending on where you go. Finally I found Harmony Family Chiropractic, interviewed and discussed my pain issues with Dr Vactor and together we decided on a course of treatment. The first two weeks ( going 2x a week) I noticed improvement. It was gradual but it kept getting better. I am almost finished with my treatment plan and I can say honestly for me I have very little discomfort now when I get out of bed in the morning, after a couple of steps the stiffness eases and then I'm ready to go. I still have days ( rainy) where I feel a twinge now and then but nothing like I was experiencing. I'm 75, have been active all my life and still am thanks to this decompression therapy. This is my experience and if you don't want to have back surgery for a problem like mine, I would recommend you go for a consult and see if it could help you too.
