  Had an appointment randomly canceled less than a day before it was scheduled due to an “emergency” (I guess having another staff member fill in isn’t an option?) with no notice and no offer to reschedule. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I definitely won’t be returning to this organization, patient care is very obviously not a priority.

  Going here versus any other gyno is a night and day difference. Everyone here is so kind, informative, and thorough.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a joke. I tried calling after being on hold for fifteen minutes just for a couple questions regarding a service that they offer, this specifically being a vasectomy. I spoke to a woman for two sentences and as soon as I mentioned the word vasectomy I was immediately hung up on. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because mistakes happen, but the timing was comedic. However, after being on hold for another several minutes, I was immediately forwarded to a voicemail. Once again, this place is a joke, don't even try calling with any form of a question.

  They cancelled my appointment twice because they dont have the staff to conduct business. I had to go to another location and they cancelled by appointment as well because of staff call offs. Very unprofessional and not worth the time or effort.
