  Dr Johns is the absolute best! He is very nice, he listens to what you have to say without be judge mental and he makes you feel 100% comfortable. The ladies in the office are so nice and friendly when you walk in. I have emailed Laney multiple times and she always gets back to me within 24 hours. My procedure went great and on a scale of 1 to 10, my pain level never went over a 2. I highly recommend Dr Johns and his staff.

  My family, close friends and I have been long time clients. Always had pleasant experiences. Referred many people. I feel very hurt and disappointed on how I was treated today. I had an appointment in April for a consultation to have a scar looked at. My appointment was cancelled because Dr. Johns was not going to be in the office, so they rescheduled me for a month later... no biggie I understand. My appointment was for 5:30 and I arrived at 5:15, walked in to check in at the front desk and was greeted by one of the most rudest women I have ever encountered. She had attitude and a rude demeanor from the moment I walked in the doors. Told me she had bad news for me that Dr. Johns was running far behind. Listen... I 200% understand things don’t go as planned especially with surgeries, so I was not upset that he was running late. I did tell her that it would of been nice if someone could have called me to give me a heads up, so I didn’t have to rush from work to get there. She couldn’t tell me when he would be there for my appointment, told me it could be 6:30 but not to hold her to it. So... I guess I am supposed to wait in the parking lot. I did have someone go with me so I have her as my witness who also couldn’t believe how rude she was. I told her I’m not going to let someone talk to me the way she did and she said the same thing back to me. Super frustrating because she was in the wrong. There are nicer ways to talk to people. I can only imagine how many people she scared off. Never dealt with her before, always had pleasant experiences with nice people. I know a girl that works there and told her about my upset experience and she was apologetic. Told me that if I go back I don’t have to deal with that lady... who by the way is Dr. Johns mother I found out. That when he is on his way to the office that one of the technicians will call me to come back and get me in a room. I waited for the call, that I got at 6:45... told her I would be right there. I was in a parking lot waiting down below. My mom walked in to make sure that the last wasn’t there and she was... still running her rude mouth about me. To our surprise Dr. Johns was extremely rude as well. Said that I lost my appointment spot because I wasn’t there and they took someone else. So, I left work early to be early for my appointment, in which the doctor was over an hour late for, treated poorly and was skipped because I didn’t wait in their parking lot for over an hour. Very sad to treat clients that way, rude. I will never go back, nor will I have anything good to say. I have sent so many friends to them and I will be sure to spread the word of my experience. There is no reason to ever treat someone that way.
