- EEErika2 days ago1.0Honestly don't know where to begin. It was a big mistake coming here. The red flags began on my first visit here. The first time I visited, there was a sign at tbe front desk stating "They're not taking any more patients at this time, due to having a skeleton staff". From what I saw, the staff was huddled in the back laughing & chatting. At the time, it was only 4:25, and their hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There was another person that walked in after I left, and I'm assuming he got ignored too. The next day I went back, just to be ignored by the rude receptionist with the long nails and black glasses. When I came in, I went to the desk & she walked away. When she came back about 5 mins later, she acknowledged me & almost lost my paperwork. I also never got the text that was was supposed to be sent to put my name in the system. When I went back to be seen about 15 mins. later, the medical assistant left the door open and wasn't wearing gloves to do my TB shot , (he was very nice though). My third visit here was the most "tolerable" out of the three. When I walked in, I was ignored again (the gentleman sitting at the farther desk, immediately got up and walked away five seconds after I walked through the door). One of the nurses eventually acknowledged me and I told her what I was there for. The medical assistant read my TB shot after about 10 minutes of sitting in the waiting room. It took her quite some time to print out a copy of my paperwork however. Overall, my experience was poor, and they need to do something about their dismissive and inattentive staff , value people's privacy (shut the doors) , and wear gloves (when administering shots). If I'm stuck using this place again, I'm going to go to the KOP location.

So when I mentioned how I did not know that and sat here for 20 minutes . The staffed member names Keethri says “whose problem is that” very disrespectful and THEN SHE GOT AGGRESSIVE WITH ME AND TRIED TO FIGHT ME . THE STAFF HAD TO HOLD HER BACK FROM ATTACKING ME . The office manager did nothing to accommodate the situation but refused to see me .
