- SSSusan Del SignoreJun 29, 20235.0Recently my loved one had a medical event. I was promptly notified, and my daughter and I arrived shortly. The staff attending him were wonderful. When he needed assistance, Dani, Michele, and Jeff were with him instantly. Not only were they very attentive to him, they were very compassionate, and understanding of my daughter's and my fears. When I left, Erica assured me that she would keep a very close eye on him. When I called later in the evening, Erica not only told me that he was doing well, she put him on the phone so that I could talk to him, and I was much less anxious. I have only mentioned a few of the staff in this review. We are always greeted with smiles, the staff are very willing to discuss any questions I might have about his care. The staff at Brookdale are, without exception, wonderful! Thank you to all of you!
