After moving north, I was beginning to believe Dentistry is the new rachet to rip folks off. Last dentist up here was a fast talker, fast operator (dont think i spent 15 mins in the chair), quick to take big $ each visit, chipped 3 molars in the process. Charged my Insurance $$ for 3 cleanings, 1 filling and still wanted more $$ for doing nothing. Informed Ins. Co. of procedures performed vs. charges i had to pay out-of-pocket......Insurance company dropped them. Finally found an office, not fancy but ethically operate to ensure each patient gets the best care and treatment. Modern equipment, a staff that is there for the patient, not driven to squeeze Insurance companies and out-of-pocket. They listened, and i couldn't be more relaxed and pleased. If you've been screwed over, looking for a team of women dental specialists who care, Drexel Hill Smiles might just be your new Dental office.
