Before I started seeing Joe, I wasn't able to turn my neck, would experience frequent headaches, have pain to the point I wouldn't be able to enjoy life. Joe helped all of that. I have more mobility, my headaches are infrequent and my daily pain has been reduced. He taught me exercises that will help me continue to enjoy life. When I started at Phoenix I was having excruciating pain in my back and hip. In a few short weeks Sarah helped me significantly reduce my pain and get me back to my usual activity. In addition they made my therapy enjoyable and entertaining. I actually looked forward to to my visits!
