I called instead, nobody answered so I left a message. No call back. A few days later I got another text asking me to confirm. Same experience. Still no call back. Appointment day comes, I double check the confirmation link and it still shows no appointment so I call a 3rd time to see if I should take off work to go in. The call dropped so I gave up & went to work. At 2:00 I received an email reminding me of my 1:00 appointment. Called a FOURTH time & again the call dropped. I give up.
