  This was a very satisfactory visit! All my teeth issues were thoroughly explained and my solutions were decided! Even my payments were all up front so i would know the costs ahead of time! Dr. and staff were all very personable and professional! 👍🏻

  had a very bad experience during my dental cleaning at this clinic. The procedure was extremely painful — honestly the most painful cleaning I have ever had in my life. Although they applied a numbing gel (the type that is normally used before giving an injection), it stopped working after just a couple of minutes and did not help at all during the actual cleaning. Throughout the procedure I felt sharp, intense pain, and despite this, no one offered any additional anesthetic or proper pain relief. After the cleaning, I noticed blood clots left between my teeth on both the upper and lower jaw. I am not a dentist, but I am pretty sure this is not normal for a routine cleaning. I even have photos to show how much bleeding there was. A professional clinic should prioritize patient comfort, monitor pain, offer adequate anesthesia, and make sure the patient is okay before ending the procedure. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. I left feeling extremely disappointed, uncomfortable, and shocked by how rough the experience was. I hope this clinic seriously improves the quality of care they provide.

  Avoid Pearl Dentistry of Moon at all costs. I had routine cleanings for years and years. All of the sudden, Pearl takes over this office and they would not perform my routine, semi-annual cleaning until I paid a thousand dollars or more to have my gums deep cleaned, etc. etc. Same song and dance given to every other patient that came from the prior owner. Pearl is a scam and they are more interested in your money than they are your teeth. A dentist refusing to do a routing cleaning..... that tells you everything you need to know.
