They explain how & why the exercises work to further benefit your progress, and change things up so you don’t feel the tiring redundancy that I’ve experienced with other PT’s in the past. I started going to Phoenix PT at the end of September with pain & numbness from my shoulder to my fingers. I didn’t have high expectations, as this flare up was the worst I have ever had in the 20 years I’ve been struggling with this injury. However, within a month, the numbness was completely gone! I honestly look forward to my appointments because I know I’ll leave feeling better than when I went in. So appreciative of Jarret & Sean for all they have done to help me thus far! I tell anyone who ask and recommend Phoenix to them..the plan that Sean set up for me was exactly what I needed. So Thank you so very much Sean for putting up with me.
