- GAG A1 day ago5.0I had Cheryl Oyler as my therapist after I dislocated my elbow. Cheryl is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. She sincerely wants to help you get better. She asks questions, listens and individualizes your therapy. The therapy room is spacious with large windows which make a pleasant atmosphere to do therapy. I would recommend Cheryl and Phoenix PT.

My Physical Therapist, Devin, LISTENED to me time and time again as we kept working through a more complex health issue I was having and she tailored my treatment every week based on the results from the week prior. She constantly brainstormed new ways to help by trying to think outside the box and not look at my issue as a cookie cutter issue that needed the traditional treatment everyone else receives because that wouldn’t work for my body. She also makes you feel like a real person and not just “another patient”. She is very personable. Aside from Devin, the rest of the staff at Phoenix is such a bright, bright light. The staff who welcome you there are so incredibly kind, loving, so welcoming, so engaging, always smiling, making you feel nothing less than SO important—-a real breathe of fresh air in the medical world. They really make you feel like you’re a part of the Phoenix family ❤️
