I had a bad experience with purchasing a set of glasses. The glasses were never right to where I could actually use them. After 3 adjustments I had to exchange them for something less complicated to make. I paid about $1,000 for the original pair and exchanged them for a pair that was closer to $400. I was refused any sort of a refund for the difference by the salesman. I made a compliant and was told my complaint would be followed up on with the store manager later. That never happened. customer care is nonexistent with this company. I suggest going to some other eye glass provider. There are a lot of them out there to be treated like this.

The assistant who does the before exam testing and "paperwork" is an absolute rockstar!!!! Even though the preappointment paperwork I filled out didn't copy over she got it done extremely fast and painlessly. She gets 10/10!!!! The guy who helped me pick out my glasses was very helpful with the insurance side of things and was great also.

Worst customer service ever. They scheduled appointments when mall entrances are closed. When I called and told them the situation and that I was walking around they said ok. When I walked around through a food court entrance and started signining in the receptionist gave me a horrible attitude. I asked her why when I had to walk around the building, and she said reschedule then and flipped me off. The manager then came and asked me to reschedule. It was 4 minutes passed the scheduled time. No one else was waiting. I will be contacting their corporate office to relay their lack of customer service skills.

I had an eye exam and purchased a set of prescription glasses. I ordered almost the top of the line glasses with progressive lenses and transition tinting. After 2 weeks the glasses came in. The first thing I noticed was the transition lenses wouldn’t get nearly dark enough outside to make a difference. The second thing I noticed was the progressive lenses were of little to no benefit to me because there was only a pin point area that was actually in focus when I would look at things up close. This caused me to crane my neck to see clearly. I went back in for 2 separate adjustments before ultimately asking to have these glasses just made as prescription reading glasses. After another 2 weeks those glasses came in. They seem to work fine but when I asked if there was a refund from going from a top of the line lense to this set with no progressive lenses and no transition tinting, the salesman said absolutely not there are no refunds. When I asked what would happen if I had to have new glasses made and went from a plain set of readers to a top of the line set, if there would be an upcharge. He said absolutely there would be. So my question is, where is this 100% satisfaction guarantee that Pearle Vision has?? I ended up paying about $800 for a set of prescription reading glasses. Doesn’t seem right to me. Watch these sales people.
