Jill & Briana are more than helpful, they are interested in your success, and want the best for their patients. From customer service, hospitality, and knowledge, I left each time more than impressed. Thank you for Your patience with me. I can only imagine they go home feeling satisfied with their job, and feel great about all the people they help. It’s hard to find that type of care nowadays.

Horrible experience, it was my first eye appointment there and I will not be returning. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. We clearly mentioned in the intake from that we don't need the retinal exam which would cost us $39. When we visited the reciptionist took us to a room asked to peep into few machines with rays before the Dr saw us. The Dr didn’t seem to care about the patients minimal interactions. We had to proactivly ask questions, which should have been other wise. Post that the billing drama. The recipitionist said we need to pay Co-Pay and the $39 for the retinal pictures which we opted "No". The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude, she said it is mandate and we should pay and find some other care for next time. Indirectly she said go somewhere else. The female at reception needs some customer service & etiquette training. Or she should find a profession that doesn’t require working with the public. No respect at all for me as a patient or my time. It is not ethical to charge customer for service which they did not want. I do not authorize the $39 charge which was charged billed for both my wife and myself. I seriously want to report this but their customer care support phone number does not work and they do not have email to report this issue to their higher management. I recommend people to very cautious and ask about this retinal test upfront and if they say it is mandate find some other place unless you want the service. This is a daylight scam. I hate doing this and never really do this, but this is a scam looting people's money and horrible service

Do not come here unless you enjoy wasting money. Was just at a neuro optometrist last month and had pictures and visual field tests done. They are requiring that I get pictures done again. When I asked why the Dr was very rude and just said that it is required and I can go somewhere else if I don't like it. I will not be back and places like this that don't respect their customers should not and will not continue to have customers. I might have considered paying the 39 dollars for pictures but the attitude I received when I asked what the charge was for sealed the deal. If you don't like people don't be a Dr and do us all a favor.
