My Dentist office said this lab told them they would guarantee the crown by 10:30am on 6/7 but as of 6/13 the Dentist office still does not have have the crown. Would give 0 stars but Google application requires at least 1 star.

- APAFD PCOct 29, 20211.0I would strongly not recommend cornerstone lab located in PA. They made wrong promises on delivery of the cases when they wanted my business. Once I started working with them, first few cases came as promised and then they did not keep up with their promise. Dave and Cale were so rude over phone with one of my team members. Lab is suppose to be a partner to provide excellent oral care to patient. I don't think Cornerstone understands this and are not professional at all. Honestly I am not sure cases are completed in states or overseas. As when cases are sent via scanner and still taking 2.5 weeks and not notifying office makes me think that I am paying fees to get my work done in states not overseas.
