- VBVinny Briglio5 days ago1.0If I could give a 0 star rating I would, I injured my shoulder at work and was told to come here. First thing was an X-ray that did not show anything so I was told to try physical therapy. After a month and half of being in severe pain I said I cannot do therapy no more. Then came an mri that showed a possible tear, indicating something was wrong. Spoke with doctor and he decides to clear me to go back to work since he cannot read an mri or realize the severe amount of pain I was in. My work comp decided to get a second opinion with lvhn who was amazing. Once I saw doctor at lvhn he decided to do another mri with dye in there. Very apparent something was really wrong, the mri came back my labrum was severely torn almost 80%. So after wasting two months with concentra and prolonging what could have been an easier solution to fix what was wrong, turned into two months of suffering because not only the doctor couldn’t do his job right or the horrible nurse they have working there. So all and all I’d never recommend this place for anything unless you don’t have a choice. Doctor gets a 1-10 rating for being so far wrong about a small tear in my shoulder which was obviously a severe tear. All around horrible experience with this place between time management, unprofessionalism, attitude, nurse was absolutely horrible I wish I remember her name but she should not be in health care at all. Complete waste of time dealing with this joke of a place. Concentra gives health care a bad name!
