  I cannot recommend them more, due to life I wasn’t able to get in for a while. I am very anxious over the dentist in general and I can gladly say that’s not the case here. Sophia the dental hygienist was so nice and she explained everything to me and I really appreciated that. She helped ease my anxiety and made my visit smooth. Also Bethany was very nice and helpful. This office is great and I plan on sticking with them for all my future dental needs.

  I've only been to this office once and my experience has already been unpleasant, to say the least. I was referred to this location, after my former dentist moved to a different office, to finish my treatment for my aligners. I went to Complete Care on 10/6 to get scanned for my new set of trays. Three weeks passed and I haven't heard anything, so I give them a call on 10/27 and was told that they were in, but that they would need to have a dental assistant call me back the same day, however a call was never returned. So, I call back the next day and this time I am told that they were not in yet and that they had to delay the order due to preauthorizations that needed to be made since I came from a different office. Confused, since I was told they were in but I was told that they were ordered on 10/16 and that they will be in 10 days from that date. It has now been well over 10 days and they still haven't called back. Still waiting as of 11/6. I've been wearing my current trays well over the time required and they're starting to crack in certain places. I've expressed this to them and it seems nothing is being done on their end. I've paid over 3K out of pocket for these aligners and it seems like this office is playing games with me.

  Dr. Frank Cararie and his team are amazing! Bethany, the office manager, is so friendly and efficient, and Lauren made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. Dr. Cararie is professional, caring, and truly exceptional at what he does. I couldn’t recommend this office more!

  Called yesterday to make an appt Yes he was a new patient. .. they actually got my son in today… Dr Frank C and his staff were great ….my adult son said he will definitely go there for now on… 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…..

  Dr Cararie and his team at Complete Dental Care Bethel Park provide exceptional customer/patient focused care. Twice now, I’ve had a “dental” emergency with a broken tooth and issue with a crown. Both times, I was able to get right in and Dr Cararie had the issues resolved quickly. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
