- MMmookie mayMay 1, 20241.0I am disappointed with the instructors at this studio. They do not provide any assistance with form and leave you feeling clueless. I recently took a class with Alyson and she hardly moved from the entrance of the studio, giving directions that were difficult to follow. (if you pick the first two reformers, you may get better attention to help perfect your form) I have been to other studios with amazing instructors, so this experience was very disappointing. I believe the studio owner should speak to these instructors about their attitudes and willingness to help individuals get the best out of each class. Unless I see a change in the instructors' approach, I will not be renewing my membership at this studio.

- LULinda UngSep 3, 20235.0Tried a free intro class & I’m hooked! It was fun & challenging at the same time. Sandi the instructor made me feel comfortable. I didn’t think my plus-size body could handle the moves - but I was doing it! What usually takes me 30 reps of arm/leg/chest/back workouts to feel the burn, I felt in this 30 min class. Let me tell you, I was sore in a good way the next day. Even sneezing made my core ache. Looking forward to my next class.
