From the moment Andrew Weiss answered the phone to the day the chair was installed he was right there to help us. He came and explained in detail every part of the process. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with our 93 year old aunt. He's actually a part of our family now! Ethan and his partner installed the lift. They were just as awesome. They took their time and showed our aunt how to work it. Most of all they were right on time. We are very happy with every part of our experience. Thank you Andrew! This is a 10 point review!

- AWAudrey WinzingerFeb 7, 20265.0I contacted Dave at the Bensalem 101 Mobility this Saturday morning and he & his company quickly became my hero! 101 Mobility supplies stair lifts, elevators, everything mobility related really. My elderly mom has a brain injury so we have a lift supplied by our carrier to move her about; but, as of this morning our lift was saying that the battery would no longer charge & needed to be replaced. Our carrier couldn't send the repair service out until later this week, so I called 101 Mobility to try & rent a replacement for a week because not having a lift with an non-ambulatory person is catastrophic. Dave completely saved the day. He offered to just loan....yes I said loan free of charge....a battery for our lift. Who does that? Customer service totally OVER THE TOP!! I will forever be grateful to 101 Mobility and owner Dave. If I could give 10 stars I would.
