This is the best place I've ever gone for treatment. From staff, to nurses, my doctor, therapist, they are all wonderful, and you're not just a box to check off, they actually care and want to help you.

No accountability and doesn’t respect you as a person. I went here in 2018 for therapy and was it was absolutely amazing at that time I would have given 5 stars, so I thought it would be a similar experience this time around. I went to the same therapist and I could never get an appointment that worked for me and there were times when she would cancel last minute but it reflected in my profile that it was always me who missed and not anything to do with them. I also saw Dr. Bendkowska and let me tell you if you’re even slightly overweight she just might give you an eating disorder. She made me feel like everything was my fault. I’ve never ever had a bad relationship with food but had I not decided to stop seeing her I truly believe I would have developed an eating disorder. They also made it sound like if I wasn’t getting along with the doctor it was easy to switch but left out that the other doctor has to want to do different medications which I do get to a certain extent but a doctor shouldn’t make you feel bad about yourself and possibly give you an eating disorder. Please think twice about going here. I’m more relieved at not having a therapist at this point than stressing over sporadic appointments that might get canceled. As of now I’m back to seeing my family doctor at Hyndman Health in Bedford and they actually listen and understand and do not make you feel worse about yourself. This place sucks now.

The staff is lovely and the doctors really care. I feel as if I actually matter. I'm also part of the LGBT+ and I feel respected.

Anyone who has a mental health issue knows how hard it is to actually reach out for help. Some of us do and some don’t unfortunately and life doesn’t get better or ends all together which is unfortunate . This place is absolutely useless for those of us seeking help. They don’t care all they want to do is get their money from appointments, throw medications at you in hopes that they work and when they don’t, to them oh well I guess? You call in a crisis they answer so ridiculously and un caring like if you were ordering a pizza or something. Then they say they will have someone return your call and completely forget about you all together. On top of all that it’s almost impossible to reach your provider as they only have certain “days” they can talk and it could be weeks before you speak to them. The nurses are very rude and insensitive. Very bad inter office communication Than when you do speak to your provider about these concerns on top of weeks of issues with medications (which it’s really just regular frustration I believe anyone would have) All they say is you’re angry. Also they won’t help you if you need to be on state disability due to your mental health issue because in the nurses own words “We, usually don’t help with disability claims, it’s to much paper work and may require a lawyer.” Well For some or most of us it’s not easy to keep a job due to high stressful work environments that we can’t handle, so I guess we can’t get help because it’s to much paper work. I guess we don’t need money to survive? Hmm I believe that adds to our issues ; but Wow then why be a mental health facility if you don’t actually care and want to help people. I tell you they make bad matters worse. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone seeking help. It may be convenient in location and local but try your best as I know it’s a hard to look for something else. I know this from experience and I would never steer anyone wrong but this isn’t a good place. Prayers to those we’ve lost and to those still seeking, Try and stay strong REAL help is out there keep reaching and don’t give up.
