Staff was very helpful in getting everything established and professional. The hygienist was through and kind. The Dr. Roop has a great bedside manner. I have no complaints.

They were able to get me in on the same day with an emergency and referred me to a specialist for my situation. When the specialist called back a few weeks later to the cancel appointment, because they were closing their doors, Teri was able to get me into another specialist sooner than the first one. I have continued to go back to Dr. Roop's for f/u and will continue to be a patient for a long time.
