  My husband went to this provider since his previous gastroenterologist retired and went for a preventive colonoscopy and the consultant asked a bunch of questions and said she didn’t know if this is covered by insurance but she will indicate medical conditions so it’s covered well after I heard that we called the insurance and it is covered as long as it’s billed as preventive 100% but diagnostic we would have to pay. I informed the office that he came in for a preventive Colonoscopy and they insisted they were going to bill it as diagnostic because of his age, colon cancer runs in the family. They refused to do any work themselves to discover it would have been covered by insurance 100% as preventive but insisted we had to pay our deductible and coinsurance upfront. This office is disorganized and incompetent to handle scheduling a routine colonoscopy we are not taken chances with the doctors touching us. A waste of a $50 copay since we insisted to cancel the procedure due to their incompetency and would suggest finding a different Gastroenterologist.

  Very efficient & personal staff. Dr was great went over my chart he ask alot of questions and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all.

  Awesome office! Even when my insurance company screws up, they always make sure I have what I need for my condition and health.
