Pharmacy's everywhere are impacted, but the staff at the this location has always maintained a professional atmosphere. The calm demeanor of the staff helps deflect the natural anxiety that goes along with waiting in lines. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the local area!

My doctor called in a prescription order and left it on voice-mail last Saturday at 3pm. When I went in on Monday, the pharmacy claimed they didn't receive the order. I asked my doctor again to call it in. He did, and left the order on voice-mail at noon on Monday. I went in on Tuesday and was told they had retrieved all the voice-mail orders and there wasn't one for me. I insisted they recheck and stood at the counter for 20 minutes. Finally someone said they did have the order and to come back after 2pm. There was absolutely not even the hint of an apology, just "come back after 2."

I'm happy with the prescription refills. But today I turned up for a vaccine appointment and waited 15 mins to be told they couldn't find my appt. She asked for the confirmation email which I didn't bring of course. Had to leave with no vaccine. Maybe instruct people to bring the confirmation email?

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

I go here because it’s convenient, but ever since Albertsons bought Safeway the customer service is less than half of what it used to be. The pharmacy takes forever, as in it can be several days before they fill a prescription. Last year I asked to pick it up the same day and the employee made a snotty comment like I was asking for too much. They are understaffed and a lot of times won’t answer the phone, forcing you to in person to ask for a refill - one of mine is a prescription I have to ask my doctor to refill every month. I don’t recommend them unless you have no other options.
