Which makes for less than helpful experiences with prescription refill, appointments, etc. Then, they have a phone number. Press 4 to talk. They rarely rarely answer. So I mentioned this to them. It’s our policy not to answer the phone. Extremely poor management. We are choosing to move to another pharmacy.

Didn’t send notification about a filled Rx (despite the fact that I’m signed up for notifications), put it back on the shelf after a week, now it has been “in process” for over a week. We are going to transfer our RXs elsewhere.
- JCJennifer CainDec 31, 20251.0Worst pharmacy. They never answer the phone to call in a prescription and harass you with text messages for a refill on that same item a week after you fill it. So when you’re actually ready for your refill, you have this massive issue of trying to get ahold of them to fill it. If you go in, they try to make you wait more than a day for them to fill an asthma inhaler. It’s literally something they can grab off a shelf. So annoyed this is the closest pharmacy to where I live.
