  It was an overall good experience. There were some things that made me uncomfortable, but I was able to speak up about them. I really liked most of the staff there. The clients were really funny and really sweet and there if anyone needed. It really helped me grow in my recovery.

  I had an overall positive experience at Clementine, but I also experienced a lot of injustices there. First of all, I was put in the downstairs room, which is secluded, and normally people stay there when the first few nights they're there. This means people were moving in and out constantly, and I never had a secure roommate, and I also was alone most of my stay. I have autism, so change is very difficult for me, so this was extremely stressful. There were empty beds in the upstairs rooms, and I had explained that I have trouble being alone, and keeping myself safe when alone, especially at night. So I requested to move upstairs. I was at Clementine for over a month before I was pulled, and all they did was say if I woke up on time 4 days in a row I could move upstairs. As if my safety is a privilege that has to be earned. My diagnosis is ARFID, but the nutritionist would not give me a customized menu, even though having meals that were out if my comfort zone made eating significantly more difficult for me. The recovery coaches we all very kind, but the director was an absolute jerk to me. she talked to me (and all of the clients there) like we were children. She also denied me access to my AAC device when I was nonverbal (I NEED IT TO TALK) because I "didn't earn it" that day. I cussed her out on my little pen and paper, and she got all butthurt about it. I ended up leaving the property that day, and the director, instead of putting me on safety protocol, or recommending I go to a higher level of care, she just flat out kicked me out. Other clients who leave the property are put on 24 hour watch called safety, but I was just kicked out. Not even any warning. I didn't even get to say goodbye, My stuff was just packed up, and my mom came and picked me up. I wasn't even given any resources or sent to the Psych Ward or anything. I ended up relapsing multiple times in the week after leaving, and I may have to go to the hospital.

  I went there in 2020 and I'm still dealing with the traumatic experiences that followed. I was screamed at first thing when I got there during lunch not knowing about the elbows above the table rule by the staff. You would be punished for not finishing your meals by missing out on outdoor walks or activities.They would give me my sleep medications about three hours before bed, and I would pass out in the hallway almost every night.Two girls had attempted suicide in one of the rooms, which I was moved into the next day.Afterwards, the beds and floors were still covered in vomit, and I had to sleep in it. I asked the staff if they could clean it, but they told me that the cleaning lady would not be able to do so until next week. They also suggested that I could clean it myself if it was bothering me so much. I came across another review discussing a situation that I’m unsure is unique to me or a common experience. It described staff treating panic attacks by not allowing individuals to get fresh air and instead telling them to sit through the episode. Meanwhile, the staff would sit nearby on their phones while you were hyperventilating. They kept giving me Benadryl when I asked for Tylenol for my migraines, which are part of my chronic illness.The staff would lock the bathroom, not allowing some patients to use it and only picking favorites, forcing others to wait for a different staff member to let them in. The staff would revoke phone call privileges if you were feeling upset and wanted to call home.It took me almost a month finally having my mom come and get me Afterwards, they called Child Protective Services (CPS) and obtained our address from some paperwork. Cps investigated it was determined be a unfounded claim I hope that everyone who has gone through a similar experience finds healing.

  The worst company I have ever seen. I just just swore at by my lawyer, telling me he wasn't having the conversation at 8:15am in the morning when thy open at 8:00am. Not to mention he was a bo show no call on August 3rd for my court date that I took 2 hour's out of my life to be too. How completely disrespectful! I WOULD NEVER EVER GO WITH WHATEVER TOU WANT TO CALL THESE PEOPLE. Completely unprofessional and rude!!
