I called requesting to see if they received a script for me for a certain med she asked for my name and birthdate then said no they do not have one filled. I asked her if they received one from my dr and she told me to call my dr. I told her my Amazon request for transfer keeps getting ignored and I just wanted to.. she cuts me off again and tells me to have my dr send it to Amazon. I stopped her and told her I was out of the med and just wanted to know if it was there… she says yes we have it .. I said can I get it filled then…. She says for that amount we have to order it and it won’t be in till Monday!!!!! What part of this could of been accomplished in one sentence from the tech by saying yes we have it and yes we can fill it for this amount and then we will order it and fill the balance of it on Monday……. Instead of making me ask and worry and ask each question like I am an investigator. Then she has the audacity to hang up on me when I requested her name. UNBELIEVABLE!!

We made 4 visits wasting about 4 hours of time to get a prescription and it's still not ready. We even had our Dr. Call it in a week in advance. The pharmacist is extremely rude and has a condesending attitude. If he's so miserable he should find another job instead of taking it out on customers. Will be using another pharmacy going forward!
