Her medicine will not be ready till after 3 the next day. This is unacceptable care! Antibiotics and pain medication should always rise to the top in prioritizing pharmacy orders. Watching children be I'll is awful. This pharmacy also extends the time they miss school! My Mother always utilized the Stayton BiMart Pharmacy and everyone in Stayton should boycott Safeway Pharmacy! I would like to give a negative 5 score.

Emergency room sends over meds and takes 2 days to get them filled and that’s with calling them multiple times and being told it’s in progress! This is a small little town, there is never a line for pick up, yall can’t be that busy that you’re 2 days behind. EVERY TIME!!

Didn't even have it ready. Every time for almost 3 years! Had to came back or wander around an hour every dang time! We have a 1.5 hour round trip to do it so don't want to have to come back! Changed pharmacies last year and happy we did. I walked past it today and the staff looked stressed or just generally gloomy. Sure don't miss having to interact with that anymore! 0 out of 10 stars. Boooo. Now ask me how I really feel.
