Just went to pick up a prescription with krzanki at The register and she is about the most rude unprofessional unhelpful person I have ever seen at the Safeway. I recommend letting her go. Everyone else in the pharmacy is great.

Why have a phone if you’re not going to answer it? Who’s running this?

Getting these people to answer the phone is worse than pulling teeth. And when you CAN leave a message, they never call you back. Have been calling for over a week. Am disabled and can't make the trip there. Made 17 calls in one day. Finally had to call the district manager to get someone to call me back. For the love of Mike, hire a couple of high school kids to answer the phones !!! If my meds were life saving ... I'd be dead a long time ago. I'm switching over to the pharmacy in king city. They answered the phone on the 3rd ring.

I go here quite often for my son and I, usually it's quick, efficient, and pleasant. But yesterday's service was awful. I waited a couple hrs after my Dr ordered my medication before I picked it up. I was told it still wasn't ready. I asked how long, since I had a friend sitting in the car with my sick son so I didn't have to take him in the store. I was told very rudely and snottily by the blonde "there's alot of sick kids so deal with it. It MIGHT be ready tonight but probably not til tomorrow." Because of my work schedule I won't be able to pick up my meds for a couple more days. Considering switching pharmacies based on this experience.
